Director of Business Development & Growth Strategy

Michael joins the Sperling team as our Director of Business Development and Growth Strategy. A jack-of-all-trades, Michael has extensive and early experience in many facets of our industry such as web design, user experience, design thinking, full-stack marketing, and full-stack development.

He started a web design business at the age of 13 and got his first full-time position building the website and other various technical tasks as the Director of IS for LifeTime Fitness when he was 17. From his over twenty-five years of experience as a web innovator and agency leader he brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional interactive solutions.

Currently, in his role as Business Development Director, he enjoys relationship building and strategic thinking to help our clients. He is fully committed to excellence, whether it is improving a digital presence or crafting a unique user experience for each client.

Outside of the office, Michael enjoys fitness activities, cooking, creating art or music, and most importantly, raising four amazing little humans. Michael is also a dog whisperer at heart as he has this uncanny ability to train even the most untrainable dogs.
