BlueSel is the first SunPower master dealer in New England. In a competitive market, SunPower makes nationally recognized solar panels. BlueSel’s team doesn’t just sell SunPower’s products, they are known for their excellent customer service and efforts to educate their customers about the environmental benefits and cost savings available through solar energy. Since 2009, BlueSel has installed hundreds of solar panels throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod.
BlueSel came to us with the desire to stand out in a competitive market. They wanted their website to look less corporate and more customer accessible.
We achieved BlueSel’s desired “hometown” feel by showcasing testimonials with actual photos from clients. We also created a staff page with personal employee bios. Our designers created infographics and we posted them throughout the site as well as their social channels to show what makes BlueSel different from other companies. We aimed to establish BlueSel as thought leaders in the solar industry.
By boosting their presence on Facebook and through regular blogging, we helped BlueSel reach its target audience around the greater Boston area and the Cape Cod/Islands region. Both techniques increased their search engine optimization and traffic to their website. BlueSel is a company that loves facts and figures supporting “going solar” so this type of value-forward content notably resonated with BlueSel readers and followers.
