Legacy Lifecare is a non-profit organization dedicated to exceptional healthcare services and facilities throughout Massachusetts and a long-time client of Sperling Interactive. Our founder, Michael Sperling, has worked with the non-profit through multiple rebrandings and organization mergers. Sperling Interactive has also risen above competing agencies, winning Legacy Lifecare’s business by providing the best digital marketing and design services. Under their guidance, the assisted living facilities Chelsea Jewish Lifecare, JGS Lifecare, and Deutsches Altenheim have thrived in providing exceptional care to their residents.
Legacy Lifecare required website development and design that matched their current branding and accurately portrayed the desired messaging. The non-profit also sought assistance with their digital recruitment platforms, Assisted Living PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and reputation management.
Sperling Interactive worked closely with Legacy Lifecare stakeholders to provide the most up-to-date, streamlined marketing services available. Right away, we started designing and developing a new, highly functional website that has seen multiple iterations and updates since. We have also provided digital recruitment services, streamlined internal communications, and currently run their internet portal. In addition, we provide social media and reputation management services, engaging with social communities and customer feedback.
Throughout rebranding campaigns and multiple website iterations, Sperling Interactive and our marketing services have remained adaptable, assisting, designing, and developing as needed.
Sperling has spearheaded Legacy Lifecare’s efforts to engage with their social communities to respond to customer feedback. Sperling has also streamlined the organization’s digital recruitment process.
As with many of our long-standing clients, Sperling Interactive acts as an extension of the Legacy Lifecare team. Our agency frequently meets with stakeholders to determine the best marketing strategies to fuel success.
“We are a non-profit and must be conscious of all [budget] that is spent in marketing and brand recognition. We have done this prudently with good results under Sperling’s guidance. Sperling Interactive is not only a vendor to us. They have supported us as we have grown. …We think of [Michael] Sperling and his team as part of our organization.”
