Alicia Carlson

Client Marketing Manager

Alicia is one of our dedicated and highly experienced Client Marketing Managers who loves conducting consumer research, developing creative strategies to solve business problems and brand storytelling. Her experience in marketing, video, and digital production spans over 20 years in various types and sizes of businesses.

Alicia started her journey in this industry at Emerson College where she received her Bachelor’s in Journalism. From there she spent 13 years directing newscasts at WHDH-TV, eventually transitioning her career into marketing by freelancing for a number of non-profit organizations. She returned to work at Emerson College managing the broadcast journalism facilities, then worked in the Office of Marketing where she decided to return to the classroom and earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing Communication. Most recently she was Senior Digital Producer at Moderna.

When she’s not at the office, Alicia enjoys spending time with family and friends, mountain biking, and creating abstract paintings. Her latest obsession is catching up on “Succession” and learning intuitive painting techniques.
