Jay Reiss

Jay joins the team as our Video and Photo Lead, bringing a lifelong passion for visual storytelling and a sharp eye behind the lens. True to being a “lifelong learner,” what Jay loves most about video shoots is the opportunity to meet new people from all walks of life. For him, interviewing individuals across different industries isn’t just part of the job; it’s a window into different worlds and a chance to learn something new every day.

Jay holds a degree in Film and Video Production from Fitchburg State University. During his time there, he deliberately studied every stage of the process from pre- to post-production. He placed a special emphasis on editing, believing that understanding the final cut is a great way to inform how you direct, light, and shoot a scene. His extensive production experience spans numerous sectors, including automotive, technology, healthcare, biomedical, education, financial, nonprofit, philanthropy, food, and real estate. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

When he’s not behind the camera, Jay is a man of many creative talents, including playing several instruments, including the saxophone. He loves spending time with his lovely wife, friends, and family, as well as being out in nature, getting lost in a good book or video game, and listening to podcasts. He also keeps his creative gears turning outside of work by directing music videos and the occasional short film.
