Finance Assistant

Karen Randall

Karen, our Human Resources and Finance Administrator, enjoys working in a team environment and finding ways of improving processes to help the company and employees reach their objectives. In the industry for over 20 years, she has 14+ years of experience in a Fortune 500 company in various HR roles as well as 6 years at a small CPA firm. Karen is a graduate of Merrimack College.

When not in the office she enjoys watching her kids live their best lives doing what they love, which includes lots and lots of soccer! She also loves to travel and spend time on family vacations. Karen lives on the North Shore with her husband Mike, two children, and dog Sadie.
