After years of managing their marketing internally, JOH faced the challenge of scaling their efforts to keep pace with the growth of their business and client base. They needed a strategic partner to elevate their brand, refine their marketing strategy, and expand their presence to meet the demands of their growing portfolio.

In 2010, JOH chose Sperling to help them meet these challenges. Our initial focus was to revitalize JOH’s annual marketing program and lead a comprehensive rebrand of the company. With the successful completion of these foundational projects, JOH appointed Sperling as their Agency of Record, entrusting us with the comprehensive management of their ongoing marketing efforts, including running their annual marketing program, web design and maintenance, content creation, media planning and buying, social media management, email marketing, public relations, event coordination, and more.

Since then, Sperling has taken on the responsibility of developing and executing two additional marketing programs each year, in addition to managing their established annual program. These programs are designed to drive sales for JOH’s clients and have become a cornerstone of the company’s success. Sperling collaborates closely with JOH to develop the strategy for each program, managing everything from concept and execution to performance analysis. This includes producing coupon booklets, retail advertisements, email campaigns, web ads, and media spots. Additionally, we enhance brand visibility through in-store displays, promotions, collaborations with social media influencers, and engaging sweepstakes, all of which deliver significant added value to JOH’s clients and drive incremental sales growth.

In 2012, JOH approached Sperling with the vision of creating a charitable initiative to support children in need. Together, we launched Kids 360, a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children. Sperling has since been integral in producing Kids 360’s annual charity event, which has become a marquee networking opportunity within their industry, drawing participation from JOH’s clients and customers from around the globe. Sperling manages every aspect of the event, including designing and developing the Kids 360 website, creating event signage and collateral, managing registration, securing sponsorships, and overseeing on-site logistics. We also handle photography, videography, and social media to ensure the event reaches a wide audience. Thanks to these efforts, Kids 360 has donated over $750,000 to children’s charities since 2013.
