Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care provides high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children so they can grow and flourish to their full potential. The agency offers its services in several locations across the country including Arizona, Georgia, Kansas, New Mexico, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.
Thrive SPC came to Sperling to recruit more nurses and therapists and provide services to more pediatric patients and their families. While the healthcare agency had a website and social media presence, they were not effective in achieving their goals.
In 2020, we began our work with Thrive SPC by designing and developing a new website that was professional, welcoming, engaging, and featured pediatric themes. We integrated API functionality to pull career applicants directly from the website to their internal systems and ensured that the site followed search engine optimization best practices.
In May of 2024, we became Thrive SPC’s Agency of Record, expanding our services to include social media, content services, paid digital media, collateral, and more. Our content strategy is employee-focused, developing blogs for healthcare professionals to reinforce our expertise and conducting employee interviews to promote the benefits of working at Thrive SPC and encourage potential employees to apply. In our social media strategy, our approach is quality over quantity, creating posts that are informative, professional, and creative, and feature real Thrive SPC employees, patients, and families. We also maintain engaging Google Search and Display campaigns that drive people to apply for open positions directly through the Thrive SPC website.
Sperling also manages Thrive SPC’s very successful annual Pediatric Nurses Week contest, overseeing the development of the custom landing page, contest terms and conditions, email and social media marketing, and prize fulfillment.
Sperling’s marketing efforts have substantially increased website employee applications month over month at a higher quality and lower cost per acquisition than indeed. we’ve also seen other exceptional results including:
