Sport Court of Massachusetts is an industry leader in residential and commercial custom backyard sport court installations, basketball court flooring, and gym flooring. Since 1997, they have built over 3,500 game courts for residential properties and commercial sites.

the challenge

Sport Court of MA came to Sperling in 2016 to help increase leads and revenue year over year. While they’ve had success with residential customers, they wanted to expand to B2B clients while also attaining new residential customers. They also wanted to increase their social media engagement to attract more potential leads and boost company revenue.

our solution

Since starting with Sport Court of MA in 2016, we’ve managed their paid search campaigns, launched highly converting Meta Lead Ads and YouTube awareness campaigns to boost branded searches, and launched numerous strategic SEO initiatives, resulting in significant year-over-year growth in traffic, leads, and revenue.

In 2022, we refreshed Sport Court of MA’s website to make it more user-friendly for potential clients with an emphasis on conversion rate optimization. The following year, we built out our commercial pages to enhance their B2B service offerings.

Recognizing an untapped potential, we reimagined Sport Court of MA’s social media presence in 2024, implementing a data-driven approach that quickly drove their engagement. We did this through the following tactics:

  • Captured video footage of courts to use as imagery for social media and paid ads
  • Created and posted project reels that showed before and after photos of court installations
  • Collaborated with builders and landscapers to increase reach on social media

We continue to refine their site’s search engine optimization strategy with their different sports pages, updating the layout and copy to provide potential customers with valuable information that helps them make informed decisions when installing a backyard court.
