ONYVA is a premier dog spa franchise committed to ethical dog grooming experiences that prioritize the well-being of both pets and their owners. With a flagship store on Newbury Street in Boston, ONYVA opened a new location in South Tampa, Florida in 2025.
Before expanding, ONYVA was focused on growing its presence in the Boston market. To support this growth, they partnered with Sperling for help running digital ad campaigns, improving organic search performance, and keeping their online content fresh and relevant.
As the brand gained momentum, ONYVA began planning to expand beyond its original location. With franchise opportunities on the horizon, they continued working with Sperling to strengthen the brand through the development of a new website and scalable marketing tools to support growth into new markets.
Since 2021, Sperling has worked closely with ONYVA to shape its brand and drive strategic marketing initiatives. We began by creating a custom website that reflected ONYVA’s innovative approach to dog grooming. Next, we launched a results-driven digital ad campaign, targeting the Boston market with paid search ads to drive bookings and increase brand visibility.
In 2024, we built a scalable, multi-site platform encompassing ONYVA’s corporate site, franchise site, and the flagship Boston location. To build franchise awareness, we ran targeted advertising campaigns that combined geofencing around key neighborhoods in Boston and New York, as well as key franchise expos, with strategic keyword targeting aimed at individuals actively researching franchising opportunities.
In 2025, we supported the launch of ONYVA’s first franchise in Tampa, FL, implementing a strategic mix of organic SEO, display advertising, Meta ads, and search campaigns to drive local awareness. We continue to produce content, manage directory listings, run ad campaigns, and monitor performance across ONYVA’s channels. Our ongoing analytics work includes integrating with ONYVA’s custom booking app, ONYVA Solutions, to track customer lifetime value and advertising ROI.
