Bridgewell provides a range of social and human services that empower people with disabilities, substance abuse disorders, and other life challenges to live safe, independent, and productive lives. With multiple locations in Massachusetts, Bridgewell offers support through community housing, day programs, outpatient treatment, recovery services, education, and employment training.

the challenge

Bridgewell came to Sperling to increase general brand awareness, promote its behavioral health services, and recruit employees for all of its locations.

our solution

In 2018, we redesigned Bridgewell’s website to enhance its functionality and design so that people in need, donors, and potential employees could easily find information about their services and career opportunities. Our photography and videography team captured photos and videos from Bridgewell’s different locations to give site visitors a deeper look into their services.

After redesigning the website, we continue to maintain and enhance it. We provide Search Engine Optimization services where we work to improve the site’s technical capabilities and content structure to follow Google’s changing algorithm.

In order to make the nonprofit easier to find online, we created Google Business Profiles for each of their locations. We also worked with Bridgewell to receive a nonprofit grant so they could advertise their services through Google at no cost. We developed a targeted ad campaign to promote their services and employment opportunities.

We continue to evolve our strategy based on what services Bridgewell would like to advertise based on the needs of the people they serve.
