CIC Health was created by co-working lab space CIC in 2020, providing COVID-19 testing services and vaccination sites throughout Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, and Washington State during the COVID-19 pandemic.

CIC Health initially came to Sperling for help promoting their testing sites and later their vaccination sites.

our solution

When we began with CIC Health in 2020, we managed their paid and organic search strategy, focused on increasing awareness of their various testing locations. To accomplish this, Sperling developed campaigns in specific markets covering large health centers and underserved and vulnerable communities. We implemented search engine optimization strategies to improve the website’s visibility and created and launched Google Business profiles for their different locations.

In 2021, CIC Health also became a COVID-19 vaccination partner handling the mass vaccination sites throughout eastern Massachusetts including Fenway Park, Gillette Stadium, and the Reggie Lewis Center. To encourage more individuals to get the vaccine, we built a persuasive but subtle strategy, leading people to areas of the site that were solely focused on educating them about the vaccine. Then, a direct booking strategy was introduced, allowing individuals to schedule vaccination appointments directly on the CIC Health site.

Through Sperling’s paid and organic search efforts, CIC Health was able to succeed in its efforts to combat Covid-19 and empower people across America to safely return to work, school, and everyday life.
